    All 555 Essential orders ship from our studio in Atlanta, GA. Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?
    Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns page for full details.
  • How do I care for my transparent leather bag?
    Store your bag in its dust cover when not in use. Wipe with a soft cloth — avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged sun exposure. The bag will get the 'worn' look over time, as it is meant to bring character to the bag.
  • Are the bags real leather and real fur?
    Yes — our bags are made with genuine leather and high-quality transparent materials. We prioritize craftsmanship and durability. Our fur is also real (it is dyed-- but it is in fact, real)!
  • Is my payment information secure?

  • Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
